FAQs

How far in advance should I reserve my bounce house?

7-14 days, however we will always try to work with last minute requests.

How long can I rent the inflatable?

Boundless Bouncers’ offers 24 hour rentals.  We are happy to work with your schedule provided there are no previous overlapping reservations.

What is Boundless Bouncer’s policy on inclement weather?

We will not deliver and set up if it is actively raining or in the event of high winds.  If the weather is not cooperating on the day of your reservation, we will be happy to reschedule at no cost or penalty. Once the unit is set up, we will be unable to provide any reimbursement or refund for bad weather. We will work with you the day of your rental if threatening weather is present or approaching.

Do I need to do anything in preperation of using the unit?

No. Boundless Bouncers will provide and set up all necessary equipment. The blower motor will need to be located within 50 feet of a standard electrical outlet.  An area that has been cleared of any debris or pet droppings will keep the setup process quick and efficient.

What should I expect on the day of the party?  How does the process work?

We will deliver, set up, and take down the unit at no additional cost and and on time according to your reservation agreement.  We will discuss placement of the unit, review the rental and safety agreements, and go over any questions you may have including safety and proper use.  Payment will be due in cash upon setup of the unit.

Where can I set up the bounce house unit?

The safest placement for the bounce house is a flat and relatively smooth surface.  We will anchor the unit with ground stakes and in some cases, with additional sandbags.

Clearance area needed: 15′ x 15′ with a vertical clearance of 22′

How safe are your bounce houses?

All of our bounce houses are new, clean, well maintained and made of durable commercial quality materials. Our units are 100% lead-free and comply with ASTM standards for safety.  Each bounce house comes with an attatched front safety ramp, child-safe air blower, and stake tie downs.  The units are covered for protection from direct sunlight and have 360 degrees of finger-friendly netting that allows for greater visiblity and air circulation.  Direct adult supervision is required of jumpers at all times.  The safety of your children is our main concern.  Please follow the basic safety rules so that all children can bounce safely and have a great time. If you need someone to stay with the unit to supervise the jumpers, Boundless Bouncers can provide an attendant for an additional cost.

Do I need an attendant?

There should ALWAYS be an adult supervising any inflatable. The most important duties of an attendant are limiting the number of children in the inflatable at one time, making sure that the children are grouped according to similar size and supervising the behavior of all participants. Boundless Bouncers can provide an attendant for an additional fee.

How many kids should you have in the bounce house at a time?

Children under 5 = 8-10 jumpers

Children under 8 = 6-8 jumpers

Children ages 9-13 = 4-6 jumpers

Children ages 14-17 = 2-4 jumpers

NO ADULTS PLEASE!

Is there a deposit required to reserve a bounce house?

No. All we need is the date, time and location, as well as the bounce house style you prefer.  We will collect payment in cash on the day of the event at setup.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my reservation?

Call or send us an email within 5-7 days of your party. If you need to reschedule your reservation, we will work with you to choose another day.
